We can provide you with example course information, evaluation feedback from similar courses delivered and references should you require it.
Each course will be developed with you to meet your needs. We will then produce for you a course overview, duration, learning outcomes and content.
We can provide upon request, evaluation forms and electronic certificates. All our courses come with supporting learning resources, which are available online to course participants and are inclusive of our daily rates.
All of our training courses are designed to be participative and interactive. We use a variety of methods to maximise engagement and learning.
We can also deliver Briefing and Workshops on a range of topics, which can be from 1.5 hours up to 3 hours. Examples include:

Policy, Process and Guidance
Do you want your safeguarding and risk policies and procedures reviewed, updated, do you want to develop new guidance, ensure CQC compliance.
Our team have considerable experience and expertise in these area. We also have experience in co-producing with people who use services and with staff to engage them in shaping, designing and delivering.
We can also provide you independent review of safeguarding practice, through auditing of mental capacity, deprivation of liberty, safeguarding practice including transitional safeguarding practice, S42 enquiries, minutes of safeguarding meetings, identifying areas for learning and development and work with you to develop plans to embed learning.
