Great course. I found going through case studies really helpful to help determine what goes into the MCA assessments.

Trainer: Dawn Revell | Level 2 MCA and DoLS Awareness

I thought Eliot was extremely knowledgeable and delivered the training in a way that was easy to understand.

In my opinion it was an extremely informative and enjoyable leaning experience, presented in a very relaxed, yet professional manner. Plenty of time was on offer for interaction and feedback and it never seemed rushed like many I have attended in the past
